("Academy" or the "Company"), Vancouver, B.C., May 23, 2008 is pleased to announce that it has receieved the NI 43-101 Compliant Technical Report with respect to its Bonasika Bauxite Project, including the Bonasika 1,2 and 5 Mining License ("ML"), the Waratilla-Cartwright Prospecting Liscense ("PL") and the Essequibo-Demerara Permission for Geophysical and Geological Studies ("PGGS") claim blocks, located in the Bartica-Essequibo River Area, Northeastern Guyana.
